The Proofpoint Enterprise Archive appliance sits inside your network, connecting directly with your Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory servers. Proofpoint DoubleBlind Encryption ensures that your organization's data is fully protected, at rest and in transit. Messages are first encrypted on-site, on the Proofpoint appliance, before being sent to a secure offsite data center. Since only you have the encryption key, only you can access your archived data.
