Classroom Training Workshops
Proofpoint classroom training workshops provide a comprehensive curriculum with extensive hands-on exercises to promote learning and exploration of the Proofpoint solution that would be impossible outside of a safe lab environment. It's also an opportunity to learn about how other Proofpoint customers use our solutions. Proofpoint classroom training workshops are held on a regular basis at our headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.

Live Online Training Seminars
Proofpoint Live Online Training Seminars are delivered through live, interactive webcasts and follow the same curriculum as the classroom training.  A Proofpoint product expert delivers the class live, so you can ask questions and get the answers you need interactively. Live Online Training Seminars are taught in 3-hour segments to easily fit your schedule.  Training materials are made available for download in advance of each class.

Custom Onsite Training Workshops
Proofpoint's Custom Training sessions take the standard course curriculum and customize the agenda based on your specific requirements.  Custom Training can be provided at Proofpoint's facilities or at the location of your choice.

Proofpoint Inbound Email Security Training Workshop
This comprehensive, 2-day course for Proofpoint customers and partners covers administration of the Proofpoint solution, focusing specifically on the Inbound Email Security modules and capabilities.  It covers installation, configuration, user management, and basic troubleshooting and monitoring.  This course is taught through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises.  It is recommended for system administrators and network managers responsible for ongoing management of Proofpoint systems.

Proofpoint Data Loss Prevention and Encryption Training Workshop
This comprehensive, 1-day course for Proofpoint customers and partners covers administration of the Proofpoint solution, with a specific focus on the Data Loss Prevention and encryption modules (Regulatory Compliance, Digital Asset Security, and Secure Messaging).  It covers configuration, architecture, policy implementation and management, user experience, and basic troubleshooting and monitoring.  The course is taught through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises.  It is recommended for system administrators, network managers, and information security managers responsible for ongoing management of Proofpoint deployments.

Advanced Proofpoint Protection Server Training Workshop
This 1-day course takes Proofpoint customers and partners on a tour of the back-end software system. It covers log files, master-agent architecture, patches and upgrades, and typical maintenance tasks and support issues.  The course is taught through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises.  Students are expected to have attended the Inbound Email Security Training Workshop or the Data Loss Prevention and Encryption Training Workshop, or to already be familiar with Proofpoint Protection Server administration.  Students will be using Linux command line for the lab exercises, so it is essential that they be comfortable with the Linux command line.

Combined 4 Day Inbound, Outbound, and Advanced Training Workshop Bundle
This 4-day bundle combines enrollment in the Proofpoint Inbound Email Security, Data Loss Prevention and Encryption, and Advanced Training Workshops.

Proofpoint Live Online: Inbound Email Security Seminar
This six-hour course covers administration of the Proofpoint solution, focusing specifically on the Inbound Email Security modules.  It covers installation, configuration, user management, and basic troubleshooting and monitoring.  The course is taught through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and case studies. 

Proofpoint Live Online: DLP and Encryption Seminar
This three-hour course covers administration of the Proofpoint solution, with a specific focus on the Data Loss Prevention and encryption modules (Regulatory Compliance, Digital Asset Security, and Secure Messaging).  It covers configuration, architecture, policy implementation and management, and encryption user experience.  This course does not cover spam detection or virus protection. The course is taught through a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and case studies.

Proofpoint Live Online: Inbound and DLP/Encryption Seminar Bundle
This bundle combines enrollment in both the Inbound Email Security Seminar and the DLP and Encryption Seminar.
