Will there be a virtual component?
Most of the content at Protect will only be available if you attend in person.
What is included in the registration price?

What is the health and saftey policy for Protect?
To help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending Protect 2025 in person if you're feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious illness.
We encourage all participants to follow current health guidelines and use their best judgment when making travel and attendance decisions.

What are the accepted payment methods for the conference fee?
You can pay the conference fee via the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, wire transfer or check. Please contact ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com if you have any questions regarding payment.
Are there discounts available?
We are offering an Advanced registration pass at $495 (available until June 30)
Team discount: $495 each
Register 3 or more attendees and we’ll waive each team member’s certification fee, $150 in savings per person.
How do I register for the event?
You can register for Proofpoint Protect HERE.
How do I register for sessions?
The session catalog will be available shortly. We will notify you once it is open and you will be able to build your daily calendar by logging in to our mobile app.
What do I do if I'm experiencing issues logging into the registration site?

I received a discount code. How do I apply it to my registration?
Launch and early bird discounts will automatically be deducted when submitting your registration in full.
If you have another discount, please coordinate within your organization to assign the individual who will use the code. Note that you must have the code available when registering online. On the payment site, you will be asked to enter your code, click “Apply,” and your fee will be adjusted. Please note discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
How do I request a copy of my receipt?
You should receive an emailed copy of your receipt or invoice upon completing registration. If you have not, please email the Protect team at ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com.
Certifications
Will there be an opportunity to earn a Proofpoint certification at Protect 2025?
Yes. Proofpoint is offering multiple technical certifications at Protect 2025, including the launch of our brand-new Administrator certifications. This is your opportunity to gain industry-recognized credentials in our Threat Protection and Data Security tracks—two of the most in-demand fields today. These certifications validate the critical thinking and technical skills required for you to elevate your industry knowledge, become more competitive in the workplace and establish your professional reputation.
What is the fee for certification?
The cost for Certification is $150 at the time of registration and $200 on site. There are a limited number of certification exam seats available. Certification registration is available on a space available basis.
How long are the certification exams?
All candidates receive 2 hours to complete their exam.
Will I need a laptop for the certification exam?
No, laptops are provided for you when taking the certification exam.
How do I register for certifications at Protect?
Certification is available for $150 when added during event registration, or $200 if purchased onsite. Space is limited and exam seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can secure your spot during standard event registration or, if availability allows, at the event.
Cancellations
What is Protect's cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so via the Modify/Cancel Registration link in your event registration confirmation email, or send an email to ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com.
All refunds will be processed within three weeks of receiving your cancellation request, based on the following schedule:
Event refund deadlines:
- 100% refund through Sept. 7
- 50% refund Sept. 8-15
- No refund after Sept. 16
Are attendee substitutions allowed?
Yes, substitutions are managed as a cancel/new transaction as registration records are unique to the registered attendee and are not transferable. In the event you are unable to attend and another representative from your organization will take your place, please cancel your registration per the above instructions. The new attendee must complete the online registration form. Email ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com if the cancel/new registration occurs within 7 days of the event or if you have any questions.
Travel and accomodations
What hotel accommodations are there for Protect 2025?
Proofpoint has secured a discounted rate of $415 per night (expires August 28 and is available on a first-come, first served basis) at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. You can secure your accommodation during the registration process. If you have any questions, please email our Proofpoint Protect team at ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com.
How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?
To modify your hotel reservation, please use the "modify" button on your event registration, confirmation or contact ProofpointProtect2025@regsvc.com.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. However, early check-in (10:00 a.m.) and late check-out (2:00 p.m.) options may be available for an additional fee.
What is the best airport to fly into for Protect 2025?
The best airport to fly into for the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is Nashville International Airport (BNA). It is located just 8 miles away and approximately a 13-minute drive.
How can I request a special meal or ADA accommodation for Protect 2025?
During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate any dietary restrictions or ADA accommodation needs.
