Check Point: To avoid mail loops, emails sent between Check Point customers are not rerouted through Check Point, bypassing both Microsoft and Check Point filtering. This creates a significant protection gap in their email security offering.

Check Point’s inline deployment is very complex, and Microsoft actively discourages this deployment style. Their API deployment is not a true API solution, rerouting mail to a mail transfer agent (MTA), a configuration that Microsoft actively discourages.
