Eric Hahn is the founding partner of the Inventures Group, a leading "mentor investment" firm based in Palo Alto, California. At Inventures, Mr. Hahn has served as a director and has been actively involved with companies including Kana, Red Hat, LoudCloud, Good Technology, and RemarQ. Previously, Mr. Hahn served as the CTO for Netscape Communications, Inc. and was a member of the company's Executive Committee. In addition, Mr. Hahn was the founder and CEO of Collabra Software, Inc., a leading groupware provider that was acquired by Netscape in 1995. Prior to Collabra, Mr. Hahn ran the cc:Mail division of Lotus Development Corporation. Mr. Hahn began his career at Bolt, Beranek and Newman, where he worked on the ARPAnet, the precursor to the Internet. Mr. Hahn holds a B.S. degree and an honorary Ph.D. in computer science from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Dana Evan has served as a director since June 2008. Since July 2007, Ms. Evan has invested in and served on the boards of directors of companies in the internet, technology and media sectors. From May 1996 until July 2007, Ms. Evan served as Chief Financial Officer of VeriSign, Inc., a provider of intelligent infrastructure services for the internet and telecommunications networks. Ms. Evan currently serves on the boards of directors of Box, a leading enterprise content management platform provider, Criteo S.A., a performance display advertising company, and a number of privately held companies including SurveyMonkey and FarFetch. Ms. Evan also served on the board and as a member of the compensation committee of Fusion-IO from February 2011 until July 2014, which was acquired by SanDisk by August 2014 and on the board of Everyday Health, Inc., a provider of digital health and wellness solutions, which was acquired by Ziff Davis in December 2016. Ms. Evan previously served on the board of directors of Omniture, Inc., an online marketing and web analytics company, until it was acquired by Adobe Systems Incorporated in October 2009. Ms. Evan holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Jonathan Feiber has served as a director since 2002. Mr. Feiber is a general partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, a venture capital firm, which he joined in 1992. As a general partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, Mr. Feiber serves on the board of directors of a number of privately held companies. Prior to joining Mohr Davidow Ventures, Mr. Feiber worked in various managerial positions at Sun Microsystems, a computer software and information technology company.
Mr. Feiber holds a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado in distributed studies across computer science, math and astrophysics. Mr. Herren currently serves as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Autodesk, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based design and engineering software. Prior to joining Autodesk in November 2014, Mr. Herren was senior vice president of finance at Citrix Systems where he led the company’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, real estate and facilities teams. During his 14 years at Citrix, Mr. Herren held a variety of leadership roles including vice president and managing director for EMEA and vice president and general manager of the company’s virtualization systems group. Before joining Citrix in 2000, Mr. Herren spent 16 years in senior strategy and financial positions at FedEx and IBM.

Mr. Johnson currently serves as senior vice president and chief information security officer of Capital One Financial Corporation, where he leads and manages cyber, cyber risk management, information security, cybersecurity operations, and security technology innovation. Prior to joining Capital One in March 2017, Mr. Johnson served as chief information officer for the U.S. Department of Energy. Previously Mr. Johnson served in key cyber-focused executive roles in the U.S. Government at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Homeland Security, and the White House Executive Office of the President.
