James guides the Insider Threat Matrix's direction, and operational philosophy; ensuring it addresses real investigative needs and the complexities of institutional trust. 

Joshua Beaman

Joshua is an experienced cybersecurity professional and the founder of Security Blue Team, a leading provider of hands-on cybersecurity training. His background spans incident response, insider threat, and detection engineering, with a focus on enabling frontline defenders through practical, applied learning. Joshua leads the Insider Threat Matrix's strategic positioning, guiding the matrix's growth and ensuring it remains aligned with real-world operational needs. 

Kasey Olbrych

Enterprise Security Advisor- Insider Risk Management, Proofpoint

Kasey Olbrych is a veteran of the United States Air Force with a background in Fusion Intelligence, Counterterrorism, and Human- Behavioral Analysis. She transitioned into the Insider Risk discipline, spending the latter half of her government career conducting proactive behavioral and technical analysis for Insider Threat investigations for the Department of Defense, leveraging advanced detection technologies. In the private sector, Kasey went on to lead global Insider Risk Programs, including a Fortune 500 retailer, where she built and scaled enterprise-wide strategies to proactively identify and mitigate human-driven risks. Today, she serves as the founder and leader of Proofpoint's Insider Risk Practitioner Forum, a peer-to-peer community with over 45 organizations and 100+ active participants, dedicated to collaboration and advancing best practices in the field.
