For now, nothing changes. Proofpoint and Varonis will continue to operate independently until the transaction closes, with each company maintaining its existing products, support, and customer relationships. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and required approvals.

Following close, we intend to simplify the customer experience by streamlining account management, support, and executive engagement. We also plan to integrate our complementary technologies to deliver meaningful innovation and value to customers. Our goal is to make it easier for customers to benefit from the full breadth of our capabilities through a more unified experience.
