Business as Usual:
2023 Voice of the CISO

Watch On-Demand

Recorded live on May 10, 2023

The cybersecurity industry is constantly evolving and becoming more complex. Faced with advancing threats, CISOs play a critical role in protecting their organizations from attacks—but this role is not an easy one. According to our third annual Voice of the CISO report, over two-thirds of CISOs feel their organization is at risk of a cyber attack in the next 12 months. This is a 20% increase from last year, indicating a growing sense of concern among CISOs.

Our report is based on a survey of 1,600 CISOs worldwide, who shared their experiences and insights from the past year. It provides a wealth of valuable information on how to best protect your organization’s people and data, the importance of aligning CISOs and board members, and the challenges faced by CISOs from job stressors and personal liability issues.

In this 1-hour webinar, Proofpoint's Global Resident CISO, Lucia Milică Stacy, will discuss the report’s key findings. Join us to gain insights into:

  • How the global recession is applying pressure to security budgets
  • How boards are increasingly becoming part of the cybersecurity conversation
  • The issue of burnout among CISOs
