Attackers are increasingly using malicious prompts hidden in emails to trick AI assistants like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini. Proofpoint Prime Threat Protection stops these prompt-injection exploits before they reach users, ensuring that both people and AI agents can trust their interactions. In addition, Proofpoint Prime protects emerging threats that enter an enterprise through various sources, including compromised internal, SaaS, and supplier accounts, and all channels, including mobile and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
New Data Risk Map to unify data security for visibility, control, and remediation
New Proofpoint solutions, Proofpoint Data Security Complete and Proofpoint AI Data Governance, built on top of our Data Risk Map, deliver unified visibility and control over configuration, access posture, and exfiltration risks for every piece of structured and unstructured data in the enterprise. Together they help organizations locate and classify sensitive data, control and monitor access across channels, and govern how AI is used with automated policies and workflows.
New Proofpoint Secure Agent Gateway to protect AI agents and the data they use
Proofpoint Secure Agent Gateway ensures that customer-deployed AI agents handle sensitive information with the same protections as people. Built as a gateway for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it monitors and controls agent activity, enforces data policies, and prevents sensitive data from being exposed, complementing and extending Proofpoint Data Security to cover both humans and agents.
New Proofpoint Satori™ AI Agents and MCP Access to transform security operations
Proofpoint Satori Agents work inside Proofpoint solutions to automate tasks such as managing data loss prevention alerts, running phishing simulations, and resolving user-reported email threats. By taking on these repetitive activities, they help security teams streamline operations, reduce alert fatigue, and turn data insights into automated action. Proofpoint Satori MCP Access gives our partners’ and customers’ AI agents secure access to information in the Proofpoint platform, enabling complete visibility and flexibility to build and run AI-driven security operations.
Expanded agentic workspace protection with partners
In today’s threat landscape, attackers target not only people and agents, but the technologies behind them. Addressing these threats requires coordinated defense across tools, teams, and ecosystems. To this end, we are expanding our partnerships with Microsoft and CrowdStrike.
With Proofpoint Satori MCP Access, agents like CrowdStrike Charlotte and Microsoft Copilot will integrate with Proofpoint Satori agents through Model Context Protocol, accelerating operations for better security outcomes.
The integration with Microsoft Copilot adds to the list of other deep product integrations, further strengthening our partnership with Microsoft. Proofpoint threat and data risk telemetry can be brought into Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview. With these integrations, security operations center (SOC) teams gain unified visibility and faster detection across email, endpoint, and identity signals. Proofpoint solutions are now also available in Azure Marketplace, simplifying procurement and aligning with customer budgets and cloud strategies. Together, Proofpoint and Microsoft deliver adaptive, cloud-powered defenses that streamline operations, accelerate adoption, and scale security across enterprise environments.
