The Proofpoint Social Platform for Archiving adds best-in-class LinkedIn compliance functionality developed in tandem with LinkedIn’s engineering team

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – May 20, 2014 – Proofpoint, Inc., (NASDAQ: PFPT), a leading security-as-a-service provider, today announced that it has been selected for inclusion by LinkedIn into theLinkedIn Certified Compliance Partner Program. As a result, Proofpoint’s Social Platform Archiver for LinkedIn is now able to capture and archive content and context from features available only through LinkedIn’s private APIs. The enriched LinkedIn features are a key component of the Proofpoint Social Platform for Archiving, providing a fully integrated set of extensible modules that allows organizations to maintain compliance in an increasingly social enterprise.
