Certified AI Agent Security Specialist
Live Sessions on February 24, 25 & 26th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
Enrollment Deadline: February 22nd | Completion Deadline: March 31st, 2026
The agentic age is here. One third of organizations have already deployed AI agents to transform their business workflows. By 2027, this will grow to 93%1. And, while agents bring great benefits, they also introduce significant cybersecurity challenges. Just like humans, agents interact with sensitive data, they’re targeted by adversaries, and they introduce insider risk.
Proofpoint’s Certified AI Agent Security Specialist course gives you the knowledge to address the emerging collaboration, data security, and governance challenges posed by AI agents. You’ll learn where the new risks are and discover practical solutions to govern the behavior of agents and secure the data they use.

Session Details
The Agentic Workspace: Transformative Capabilities, Serious New Risks
Tuesday, February 24th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
Tuesday, February 24th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
AI agents have become mission-critical additions to many enterprise environments. And in the emerging agentic workspace, agents face similar risks to people. These range from social and prompt engineering attacks to intentional or accidental disclosure of sensitive information. Many of the collaboration and data security strategies that protect humans must now extend to agents.
Join our first session to explore topics such as:
- How the digital workspace has evolved into the agentic workspace
- New risks and challenges
- Examples of security incidents
- Industry frameworks for agentic AI security
Securing Data that AI Agents Access
Wednesday, February 25th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
Wednesday, February 25th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
In the agentic workspace, data security is paramount. AI applications, including agents, consume, generate, and interact with data at incredible speed and scale. In these dynamic and complex new environments, agents are only as secure as the data they can access.
Join our second session to explore topics such as:
- Building a strong data security foundation
- Current solutions being tested and evaluated
- Best practices for preventing agents from getting unauthorized sensitive data
Securing AI Agent Collaboration
Thursday, February 26th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
Thursday, February 26th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
AI agents bring transformative capabilities. But they also increase your organization’s attack surface. Agents have access to sensitive enterprise data and collaborate with both humans and other agents. To exploit these interactions, attackers can deliver clever prompts to make agents propagate threats, bypass security measures, or exfiltrate sensitive information.
Join our third session to explore topics such as:
- Methods for agent governance
- Authenticating and securing agent communications
- Enabling agents to interact securely with other, third-party agents
