Can anyone take Proofpoint training?
You must be an active Proofpoint customer or partner to access training through Proofpoint Cybersecurity Academy. If you are not a customer, you can learn more about our products by contacting an Authorized Training Partner.
How do I get access to Proofpoint Cybersecurity Academy courses?
You can gain access in two ways:
1. Log into Proofpoint Customer Success Center and create a "Training Request" case. Select "Cybersecurity Academy" as the training course selection. You will be granted access once the case is processed.
2. Contact your Proofpoint Account manager to get your LMS access code. Once you have this, complete account creation process by following the steps in this guide.

Is training free?
Proofpoint provides an extensive collection of free, self-paced foundational training materials through the Cybersecurity Academy. For those interested in advanced coursework, additional fees may apply. For pricing details, please contact your account manager.
