Last Call for 2022 Graduates! Renew Your 2023 Certification
All 2022 graduates! This is your last chance to renew your 2023 certifications and badges by the end of March 2024. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices for Ransomware, DLP and Phishing. Please follow the instructions below to ensure the accuracy of your renewal. Failure to follow instructions will not result in your renewal. Once you've met all the renewal criteria, we'll issue your 2023 Credly badge(s) and certificate(s) at the beginning of each quarter. For any additional information or questions, please contact certifications@proofpoint.com.
1. Select the available topic(s).
You have until March to renew your Ransomware, DLP and Phishing certifications for 2023. Please note that you can only earn the 2023 badges and certificates through the renewal program if you already have an existing 2022 badge for that specific topic.
2. Watch all of the session replays related to your selected topic.
To stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, we're requiring you to watch all the sessions listed in each topic. No exams needed for renewals. Please make sure you use the same business email address for all sessions to ensure accurate tracking. If you’ve already watched or attended the sessions, then you’re good to go! No need to watch it again.
3. Get your renewal at the beginning of each quarter.
After watching all required sessions, there is no form to submit, we will track your views by your email address and associate them to your certification account. Just wait for us to issue all eligible renewal certificates and badges during the first week of each quarter. You will receive an email from Credly, and you may accept and download your digital renewed 2023 badge and certificate.

How do I get my new certification and badge?
We will issue the new badges during the first week of each quarter. No more action needed from you as long as you've watched the required sessions.

What do I need to do to renew a topic?
Watch all the pre-selected, required sessions within a topic to be eligible for renewal.

I’ve already seen some of the required sessions for renewing a topic. Do I have to watch them again?
No. If you’ve already previously watched or attended the pre-selected sessions, then you’re good to go! No need to watch it again.

I wasn’t able to earn all the certificates and badges offered in 2022. Can I earn them now?
Unfortunately, no. You cannot earn new badges through the renewal program if you don't already have an existing badge for that specific topic.

Are there exams that I have to take for the renewal sessions?
No. No exams are required for renewing a topic.

I’ve watched all the required sessions. When will I get my 2023 certificate and badge renewal?
Once you have met the criteria, we will issue all eligible renewal certificates and badges during the first week of each quarter. Please use the same business email you’ve been using for this program to ensure the tracking and accuracy of your certification.

How much time is required for me to renew a topic?
Each topic will have approximately 3 - 3.25 hours of viewing time for all the required pre-selected sessions. No exams required for renewals.

I did not watch all sessions before the deadline, can I still get my badge renewed?
Yes, you are still eligible. As long as you finish watching all sessions, you will get your badge renewed at the beginning of the next quarter.

Will the required pre-selected sessions change over time?
Yes. We will update the list of pre-selected sessions for 2024. You'll need to watch the new list of sessions for 2024 renewals. We will email you again when it is time to renew your 2023 certificates to 2024!

Are the webinar recordings eligible for CPE credits through ISC2?
Yes, if you are an ISC2 member, select sessions are eligible for CPE credits. Please check this page here to see which sessions are eligible.
