Multilayer protection for email

When an email that contains an unknown attachment is sent to a customer, Proofpoint Targeted Attack Protection (TAP) will begin its sandbox analysis to determine if it is malicious. At the same time, TAP will also send that attachment to PaloAlto’s WildFire for simultaneous inspection. If either solution condemns the attachment, it will be blocked from ever reaching the user. If WildFire finds the file to be malicious, it will take that file hash and add it to Palo Alto Network's next-generation firewall, advanced endpoint protection and threat intelligence cloud.

Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access® can be configured to redirect risky web surfers to Proofpoint Browser Isolation to help block targeted phishing and malware attacks. Websites are safely rendered off your network in the cloud to keep your organization safe and your employees productive.

Multilayer protection for social media

Proofpoint Digital Risk Protection secures your social media accounts with automated, real-time protection against hacks, phishing and malicious content. When we identify a URL with an unknown reputation, we use our sandboxing analysis as well as submit it to Palo Alto WildFire for analysis and verdict. From there, malicious posts are deleted by Digital Risk Protection based on policies.
